Twenty years ago, in the mountains of Mindanao, I lived with the people.

    lahi gyud ang biyuti (or kagwapuhan) kung bata pa 'ta - labi na kung bayente anyos na ang nilabay.

    pero, makita pa man gihapon 'ron. giingon pa sa tagalog nga "nababakas pa."

    i hope that that was time when you truly enjoyed your youth then.
